Memory card not readable on the BlackBerry?

Please check and do the following:
1. From 'homescreen': OPTIONS> MEDIA CARD.
2. Media Card Support: ON.
3. Mass Storage Mode Support: ON
4. Auto Enable Mass Storage: YES
5. Save and Exit
6. If 'it card' new and still empty, then it could be as follows.
7. OPTIONS> MEDIA CARD> BBmenu> click FORMAT CARD
Memory cards for existing content, then do only no.1 to 5.
