Unlock & Remove IT Policy in BlackBerry

There are some cases in the Blackberry when you buy new or second, including:

1. Locked or unlocked BlackBerry

1. Options - Advanced Options - Sim Card - type MEPD
2. Consider all the status should be "Disabled" ... it means Unlocked ...

Blackberry 8800 / 8300
1. Options - Advanced options - Sim card - type "MEPD"
2. Then type "MEP" and press the 'Alt' then press '2 '
3. Later will come the prompt "Enter Network MEP Code" ... and enter the unlock code .

Blackberry 8100
1. Insert SIM Card
2. Turn on the Mobile but turn off the radio function / Hp ... "Wireless Off"
3. Select Options - Advanced options - Sim card - type "MEPPD"
4. Then type "MEPP" and press the 'Alt' then press '2 '
5. Later will come the prompt "Enter Network MEP Code" ... and enter the unlock code that was.
6. Rebooting Mobile (Alt - Cap - Del)

Blackberry 8700
1. Options - Advanced options - Sim card - type "MEPD"
2. Press and hold the 'Alt' and type in "MEPE"
3. Later will come the prompt "Enter Network MEP Code" ... and enter the unlock code that was.

2. IT Policy
IT Policy means any restriction or limitation in the use of BlackBerry.
Example restriction, for example, can not download attachments, can not connect bluetooth, can not install additional applications.
Sometimes IT Policy only just appear by default, but operationally no limit at all. To check whether the current IT Policy or not:
Options - Status - type "BUYR" ... later will appear en Voice Usage Data Usage
then comes ... IT Policy Enabled ... This means that the new IT Policy On ...

How to remove it? Condition: OS version 4.3 upwards
1. Download JL Commander
jl_cmder-v190 or Click here to Download
2. Install this application on Windows XP
3. BlackBerry Plug it into your PC, then make sure the PIN is detected in the Desktop Manager
4. Turn off the Desktop Manager, and run the JL command from the shortcut on Desktop
5. Select the Reset to Factory Defaults, then when the application display a red ... do not forget to press "Y" to confirm
6. Blackberry will restart ... and should have no IT policy again ... try to check again!!
