"Mensana In Corporesano" is a popular saying which means that in a healthy body there is a helathy soul. Therefore, it is necessary for everybody to be healthy. One way to keep ourselves healthy is by doing some sports. We canot work all the time without spending just a little time for sports.

Most people join some kinds of sports to relax or have some recreation. They participate in team sports, for example volley ball, fotball or individual sports such as golf, badminton, playing tennis or swimming. In addition , hiking, fishing, mountain climbing are also favourite sports for people who want to be outdoors, doing sports and sightseeing at the same time

In enjoying sports, people don't necessarily participate in the sports, but they can become spectators. They may prefer going to sports halls at home watching TV, listening to the radio to enjoy various games and matches.

There also some other kinds of sports such as playing chess, card and dancing which are called indoor sports because we can enjoy or do them indoors
