First for the fever

Fever
1. Take your temperature with a thermometer
2. Drink Plenty of liquid
3. Take Tylenol according to directions. Avoid giving aspirin to children.
4. Sponge bath as with lukewarm water for temperature over 102 for 15-20 minutes.
5. Dont use alcohol or ice for sponging
6. If your fever is not down in 48 Hours , return to your family doctor or the mergency department. (taken from English for The Profesional Nurses 2 – EPN Consultant Jakarta)
